Global Sales Representative - Wavey Ice

Location: Flexible/Remote with travel as required

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000, with performance-based bonuses (OTE £10,000)

With a focus on bold flavours, premium quality, and sustainability, we’re looking for a driven and charismatic sales professional to join our team and help bring Wavey Ice to customers around the world.

The Role

As our Global Sales Representative, you will be the face of Wavey Ice, driving international expansion, building key relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, hands-on sales execution, and a passion for connecting with new markets.

Responsibilities

  • Market Development: Identify and develop opportunities in new and existing markets to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesale partners.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, aligned with Wavey Ice’s business goals.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, close deals, and secure partnerships that align with our growth strategy.
  • Travel & Representation: Represent Wavey Ice at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings globally.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales initiatives.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally in the FMCG, beverage, or hospitality sectors. Experience in the RTD or alcoholic beverages market is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion: Enthusiasm for innovative products and a keen interest in the RTD alcoholic beverage market.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to diverse cultural and business environments.
  • Data Literacy: Ability to interpret sales reports and market insights to guide decisions.
  • Proactivity: Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for growth.
