Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more (perhaps TikTok and Instagram), to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Content Planning: Plan compelling and content, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.

Platform Management: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to drive conversions and achieve KPIs.

Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a strong online community around our brand.

Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Metricool, and others to track and analyse performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative campaigns and the sales team to align social media efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

Expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns.

Proven experience working in a marketing role, with a deep understanding of the tech industry and its dynamic environment.

Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Metricool, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.

Creative mindset with excellent written and visual communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
