As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our product metrics and ensuring their sustained success.

What you will do

  • Hypothesis Development: Generate and formulate hypotheses to improve key product metrics such as activation rate, compilation rate, attendance rate, and retention.
  • Experimentation: Design, execute, and evaluate research and experiments, setting clear goals based on their potential impact on core metrics.
  • Process Creation: Develop and implement processes from scratch to support growth initiatives.
  • Project Ownership: Take full ownership of projects, from ideation to execution and results analysis.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams, including content, student experience, marketing, analytics, design, and development.
  • Market Insights: Gather and leverage insights about the market and audience to inform strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or Growth Manager.
  • Proven success in designing and executing experiments that led to measurable improvements in product metrics.
  • Ability to present the results of growth experiments clearly, with actionable recommendations.
  • Skilled in working with cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes without formal authority.
  • Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills would be a plus.
  • Passion for education and awareness of the latest industry trends are highly valued.
