Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order issues, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.


What We Are Looking For

  • Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Monday to Sunday).
  • Ability to work 2 rotational days off each week.
