About The Role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer with a strong grasp of modern design principles and technologies. The ideal candidate will combine creative design expertise with front-end development understanding to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that align with our brand and elevate the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Prototype:
• Create intuitive and visually compelling designs using Figma.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes that bring ideas to life.
• Collaborate & Iterate:
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine user interfaces and experiences.
• Gather and implement feedback throughout the design lifecycle.
• Visual Design:
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to enhance design assets or create unique visuals where needed.
• Maintain design consistency through style guides, UI kits, and reusable components.
• Usability Testing:
• Conduct user testing sessions to gather insights and iterate on designs for optimal usability.
• Use analytics and research data to inform design decisions.
• Mentor & Guide:
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers or developers.
• Advocate for design best practices and accessibility standards across the team.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Design Tools:
• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for advanced visual design.
• UI/UX Expertise:
• Strong understanding of modern UI/UX design principles, patterns, and frameworks.
• Experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications.
• Development Awareness:
• Working knowledge of front-end development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers to bring designs to life.
• Research & Testing:
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to inform design decisions.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design systems or component libraries.
• Knowledge of motion design or prototyping tools like Adobe After Effects or Framer.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
