Job Title: Executive Assistant

Work Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support critical operational and administrative tasks. This role involves working extensively with Excel, navigating CRM systems like SmartMoving, and generating detailed reports. The ideal candidate will excel in data organization, consolidation, and providing structured insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management:
    • Use Excel to organize and maintain datasets.
    • Centralize and consolidate KPI sheets for efficient tracking and reporting.
    • Validate and clean up data to ensure accuracy.
  • CRM Navigation:
    • Navigate and manage the SmartMoving CRM system.
    • Pull and prepare detailed reports for business analysis.
    • Ensure CRM data is updated and accurate for operational use.
  • Report Generation:
    • Create clear and accurate reports for internal review.
    • Design presentations and structured outputs to communicate data insights.
    • Support stakeholders with actionable data interpretations.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain organized documentation for operational data and reports.
    • Collaborate with team members to address and fulfill data-related needs.
    • Provide timely updates and communicate progress on assigned tasks.
Preferred Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with SmartMoving CRM or similar systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a data-focused administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
