Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our client. This fully remote position requires a strong command of English, both written and verbal, along with a high level of independence and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in administrative support or customer service, with additional experience in basic accounting and social media management preferred. Responsibilities

  • Perform various administrative tasks such as managing calendars, coordinating meetings, booking travel, and maintaining organized files.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to emails, inquiries, and customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks including invoicing, tracking expenses, and reconciling financial records.
  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling and publishing content, engaging with followers, and tracking social media performance.
  • Accurately enter data, generate reports, and provide other data management support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • At least two years of experience in administrative support or customer service roles.
  • Basic experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting practices such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reconciliation.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Microsoft Office, and project management tools like Asana or Trello.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
