Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Director of Project Execution to work Remotely!
The Director of Project Execution will lead a team of construction and systems completion resources responsible for successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial construction, contract management, completions, commissioning and start-up with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Because We Design, Build, Commission, And Operate Our Technologies, We Are Looking For Individuals Who Can Meet The Following Essential Functions Of The Position
Build and lead a team of project execution resources, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Establish processes and standards to aid in the effective implementation of contracting, execution planning, construction and systems completion.
Key stakeholder in establishing project contract strategy, providing input into contract documents and establishing relationships with active and potential partners/contractors.
Provide front-end execution planning input into project design and FEL 1 / FEL 2 deliverables including the Project Execution Plan.
Ensure effective implementation of execution planning and project readiness for stage-gate and execution related readiness reviews.
Drive safety protocols and practices, conducting regular safety meetings and coaching to maintain a safe work environment.
Support execution team through the early identification and resolution of onsite issues or delays, implementing effective solutions to maintain project timelines.
Ensure that all work is compliant with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
Work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines
Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors
Demonstrate passion and excitement for solving difficult yet exciting tasks
Arrive to work on time and maintain good attendance
Maintain good organization skills

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of hands-on experience in industrial project management and execution, particularly in a site-based role.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to effectively coordinate multiple contractors and interface with engineering teams
Proficiency in project management software, systems and tools
In-depth knowledge of construction and systems completion methods
Strong logistics and material management skills
Effective change management capabilities
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are advantageous.
Additional Information
Compensation range for this role is between range $145,000 - $200,000
The range provided is Sedron’s estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
Discretionary bonus
Travel up to 40%
