With a successful track record since 2020, they operate a robust online retail platform offering both subscription services and individual products. They have been featured in major publications and have built a reputation for excellent customer service and product quality.

Why this role exists
This position combines accounting support with operational assistance, managing both financial tasks and e-commerce platform updates. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining accurate records across multiple platforms, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The Impact you’ll make

Accounting & Operations

  • Process basic invoicing

  • Handle expense filing

  • Manage daily operations tasks

  • Place and track orders


E-commerce Management

  • Update stock in Amazon FBA store

  • Maintain Shopify inventory

  • Research customer information

  • Analyze customer experiences


Administrative Support

  • Process and organize emails

  • Arrange meetings

  • Manage workload and schedules

  • Coordinate through Slack and ClickUp


Platform Management

  • Work with client's ERP system

  • Maintain records across platforms

  • Coordinate through various tools

  • Handle Google Suite tasks



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • 1+ years in accounting support or a related field

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms preferred

  • Proficiency with productivity tools

  • Strong administrative background

  • Experience with order processing

  • WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

    • Back-up computer and internet connection

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...


Work Setup:

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)

  • 40 hours per week


Compensation:

  • $7 per hour
