Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Analyze data and user feedback to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Iterate designs based on user testing and feedback.
Develop visually engaging and consistent designs for digital interfaces.
Design interactive elements for seamless user experiences, ensuring consistency across features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs.
Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and refine based on feedback.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Degree in computer science, software, art design, or related fields (background in finance is a plus).
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
More than 3 years of UI design experience with strong aesthetic capabilities and creative concepts.
Proficient in Figma, Axure, Mastergo, Photoshop, and other design tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
Experience with responsive and mobile design.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
