• Optimize Operations: Effectively manage policy transactions, including manual declarations, downloaded documents, and endorsements such as vehicle updates and mortgage alterations.
• Collaborate with Experts: Partner with underwriters, marketing representatives, and other team members to ensure seamless and tailored insurance solutions.
• Ensure Precision: Uphold a high level of accuracy in all tasks, ensuring timely processing of client requests.

Required Skills

• Active Texas General Lines P&C License: Essential for this position.
• Experience in Personal Lines Insurance: Two years is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic learners.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
