Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and participate in marketing events, including conferences, webinars, sponsorships, and customer gatherings.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of content, which includes proofreading, scheduling video shoots, and supporting design initiatives.
  • Oversee blog and social media interactions, ensuring prompt responses to comments and reviews.
  • Submit nominations for industry awards on an annual basis.
  • Maintain and monitor review platforms, ensuring regular updates and feedback responses.
  • Support HubSpot management, addressing sync errors, generating reports, and tracking campaign metrics.
  • Collaborate on various marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are adhered to and issues are escalated as needed.
  • Ensure all marketing materials conform to established brand guidelines and messaging standards.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role, with a minimum of 1 year in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in creating marketing content (social media posts, email campaigns, blogs).
  • Event coordination experience (e.g., conferences, webinars, customer events).
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of brand guidelines and multi-channel copywriting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting.
  • Experience in social media scheduling and management.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Jira is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
