In the role of Inside Customer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the success and satisfaction of our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers worldwide through email, Zoom, social media, and chat to build robust relationships and encourage product engagement.
  • Managing customer accounts, leading them through the subscription renewal journey, addressing objections, resolving challenges, and identifying avenues for growth.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, assisting customers in maximizing the value of the company's offerings while achieving their objectives.
  • Partnering with leadership to provide insights that refine processes, minimize repetitive tasks, and elevate the customer experience.
  • Consistently meeting renewal and expansion objectives while fostering enduring customer success.

Required Skills

We are looking for candidates who bring enthusiasm, experience, and a commitment to customer service. Key competencies include:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales or school administration, preferably within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (experience in startup or SaaS is a plus).
  • A consultative mindset complemented by problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for persuasively conveying benefits.
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and adding value.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and capable of working autonomously in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with a team.

Qualifications

  • A winning attitude and enthusiasm for thriving in a high-energy, goal-oriented setting.
  • A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets, with at least one (1) year of success in a similar capacity (two years preferred).
  • Familiarity with the K-12 education purchasing landscape and decision-makers is essential.
  • Experience utilizing CRM tools, marketing automation software, and virtual communication platforms.
  • A relevant college degree is preferred, with a preference for candidates located in Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zones.
