Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead fan engagement and drive ticket sales for two of the most exhilarating sporting events: The Basketball Tournament (TBT) and The Soccer Tournament (TST). This remote role is designed for a motivated professional with a strong marketing background, exceptional project management capabilities, and a passion for sports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute innovative marketing strategies aimed at boosting ticket sales and enhancing fan engagement for TBT and TST.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling promotional content that resonates with fans and meets ticketing objectives.
  • Analyze data-driven insights to refine messaging and optimize various marketing channels to maximize reach and return on investment.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong financial outcomes.
  • Create and sustain an organized marketing calendar that aligns with key events and initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing toolkits tailored for event hosts and participating teams to support ticket sales efforts.
  • Innovate and implement strategies for fan engagement, broadening our audience, and enriching their event experience.
  • Cultivate partnerships with local clubs, schools, influencers, and community organizations to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Create and execute targeted email campaigns to foster fan relationships and promote ticket sales.
  • Utilize CRM data to interpret fan behavior and refine marketing strategies to boost retention.
