What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle non-clinical inbound calls and escalate to nursing staff as necessary
• Support referral coordination for patients requiring services from the employer
• Educate patients on healthcare options, Medicare coverage, and billing issues
• Collaborate with branch staff to assist in the admissions process and follow up on patient status
• Utilize various tools to provide quick and accurate information to patients
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare-related field or healthcare call center
• Associate degree preferred
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mb/s download speed)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good working knowledge of home health, hospice, and palliative care services
