We’re seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Programmatic Trader with a successful track record for implementing programmatic campaigns and strategies in a DSP across a variety of industries. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing programmatic strategies to drive engagement and conversions for our clients. The ideal candidate will love making digital campaigns work, and teaching others your ways. You are great at using data to guide decisions and achieve business results.
What You'll Do Here:
Be an expert on our self-serve DSP, as well as vocalize best practices for programmatic campaign management to a larger team.
Understand how to work with SSPs and data partners to develop PG and PMP deals, while keeping data fees in mind
Combine data analysis and team feedback to create optimization strategies and provide solutions for campaigns
Partner with Media Planners, Supervisors and Analysts to provide strategic direction on programmatic campaigns, including optimization ideas/trainings, data analysis and attribution
Be a thought leader in digital media optimization
Understand and endeavor to improve Supply Path Optimization
Understand and communicate the value proposition associated with a self-serve programmatic approach to help grow agency accounts
We Need a Person With:
Bachelor’s degree – preferably in marketing, advertising or other discipline (with relevant work or internship experience)
1-3 years experience at a digital agency with Programmatic Media campaigns
1+ year of self-serve trading experience (The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, DV360, etc)
Knowledge of online ad serving platforms, such as Campaign Manager 360, and online ad networks, such as Microsoft, Google, etc. is a plus
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Professional and personal integrity
Experience in Google tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.)
A detail-oriented mindset, focused on driving results and analyzing data to gain insights and opportunities for growth
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Our headquarters is based in San Diego, California, with additional offices in Covington, Kentucky and Denver, Colorado. (Bonus points if you’re bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese.)
