Required Skills

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience with SAP project management experience with end-to-end project management processes, such as planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Should have strong SAP Functional Module experience such SD,MM

Understanding of the standard SAP modules: FI, SD, PP, QM, PM, MM

Have proven experience of delivering SAP projects and managing team of functional and technical consultants of at least 30 consultants

  • Proactive and Flexible to work across time zones
  • Accountable for Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring coordination of relevant parties, effective communication to stakeholders, and service reviews for lesson learnt and best practices.
  • Should have strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders drive with other vendors
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement. Plan capacity for resources on projects and highlight gaps in advance
  • Ensure backup resources are ready to fill in as necessary
  • Ensure detailed MSP for all projects is maintained and regular reports are provided
  • Daily reporting summary dashboard to be published
  • Deliver Projects to milestone to the plan- if there are slippages, arrange a mitigation plan and recover the slippage
  • Define KPIs for all project resources and monitor the same.
  • Provide feedback / corrective actions to the team members - work with the HR team to manage / remediate performance issues
