About The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer (Back-End), you will be instrumental in developing the foundational systems that power our innovative products and services. Key Responsibilities

Collaborative Integration: Partner with cross-functional teamsfront-end developers, DevOps
engineers, and product managersto ensure seamless integration and exceptional user
experiences.
Scalability and Performance: Engineer solutions that balance innovation with performance,
focusing on scalability, robustness, and cost-efficiency.
Agile Ownership: Work in an agile development environment, taking full ownership of your projects

Qualifications
Experience: 58 years of professional experience as a backend developer, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency domains.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (BE/BTech or equivalent).
Technical Expertise
- Proficient in Golang, with familiarity in Ruby on Rails (RoR) being a bonus.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL; experience with additional database systems is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Docker is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with trading systems or fintech platforms is a significant plus.
Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrates strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented
mindset.
Collaborative Skills: Works effectively across teams, ensuring cohesive and functional code to meet
