Description: We are seeking an experienced Epic Radiology Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in decision tree builds and recoupling, with a focus on optimizing our Epic Radiant system's functionality and efficiency in the radiology department.

Responsibilities/skills:

• Design, build, and maintain complex decision trees within Epic Radiant to streamline radiology workflows and improve patient care
  
• Analyze and reconfigure existing decision trees to enhance system performance and user experience in radiology settings.
  
• Manage a high-volume ticket queue, with over 200 tickets requiring immediate attention and resolution.
  
• Collaborate with radiologists, technicians, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective solutions
  
• Conduct thorough testing of decision tree logic and functionality to ensure accuracy and reliability in radiology ordering and scheduling.
  
• Provide expert-level support for Epic Radiant, troubleshooting issues, and implementing fixes as needed

Qualifications:

• Epic Radiant certification required
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Epic Radiant implementation and support.
  
• Proven expertise in decision tree development and optimization within the Epic Radiant environment.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of radiology workflows, imaging modalities, and integration with third-party systems.
