Field Service Technician - United Kingdom

To support the exponential growth of our install base in Europe we are looking for a Field Service Technician in the West-Midlands, United Kingdom. You will be part of our EMEA Life Cycle Services team and will be based in a home office.

What will you do?

On-site support for newly delivered products:

• Machine and belt installation
• Production start-up
• Operator and maintenance instructions to users
• Life Cycle Support of our products
• Health Checks
• Maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshooting
• Document your observations and actions in a service visit report
• Perform other related service duties as assigned
  
  
Who are you?


• 3+ years experience in a field service role involving mechanical equipment
• Strong mechanical with basic control skills (incl. adjusting PLC settings)
• Practical and hands-on problem solver
• Pro-active, a team player with good communication skills
• Inspires trust and relates well to people of varying roles and levels
• Ability and flexibility to travel extensively (>50%), including weekends, in the UK and EMEA
