What's the role?
The Systems Analysis Specialist is responsible for quickly developing subject matter expertise in our product and services in order to help our customers get the best possible lead data and ensure their future success! Provide Tier 3 Support to all team members.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Work 100% remotely to assist our customers and effectively resolve issues through email, chat, and other communication methods as needed. Provide positive support & guidance to clients and service professionals across our customer base that use our platform. Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business. Maintain system level product information and update accordingly. Attend all Deep Dive and/or system update meetings. Configure system accordingly and share updates with internal staff. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of iSolved platform to diagnose software issues, engaging with our product teams to solve more complex product issues. Implement and maintain API/EDI feeds. Build sync and/or bridges for file feeds to 3rd party vendors. Extract and import data as needed for implementation teams. Configure and convert data from a .pdf form to an importable format for iSolved. Collaborate with managers or sales teams to identify opportunities for existing customers to grow their existing account. Assist clients and internal staff with report writing. Create and monitor isolved Netsuite tickets accordingly. Other projects as assigned by VP of Operations.

What's the schedule?
This role supports our office hours of Monday-Friday 8a-5p with a steady 40 hours per week.
