Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Calling Voice Process Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of the IT industry, and the ability to engage effectively with US-based clients. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their IT needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and questioning.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to further discuss potential opportunities.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Provide detailed information about our IT services and address any questions or concerns.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Update the CRM system with accurate information about client interactions and leads.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, lead generation, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Communications, or a related field.
