Job description

Experience: 12+ years

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and management of self-service portals and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Proactively identify use cases for automation that align with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Analyse current processes and systems to pinpoint areas ripe for improvement through self-service and automation.
  • Architect end-to-end solutions for identified use cases, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and future-proof.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of automated solutions, re-architecting as necessary to achieve long-term stability and effectiveness.
  • Lead and drive team members to deliver automation and self-service projects on schedule.
  • Engage regularly with stakeholders to gather requirements, share progress, and collaborate on the design of new use cases.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to think creatively and move beyond traditional operational methods.
  • Ensure that all transformation initiatives are executed without impacting ongoing operations and are cost-neutral by leveraging existing tools and technologies.
