As the Scrum Master at WestLink, you'll be more than a facilitator; you'll be a dynamic leader directly contributing to project success. This position requires you to roll up your sleeves, work alongside the team, and lead by example to tackle challenges head-on.

• Scrum Facilitation: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team aligned.
  

• Hands-On Involvement: Resolve issues and assist the team to maintain momentum and meet objectives.
  

• Agile Coaching: Empower and mentor the team in agile practices, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Are you the one we're looking for? Here's what it takes:

• 3 - 5 years experience as a Scrum Master
  

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, demonstrating my commitment to mastering Scrum practices.
  

• Robust experience as a Scrum Master in tech-driven projects, I've consistently shown hands-on leadership and a proactive approach.
  

• Comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies, coupled with exceptional skills in driving teams to deliver results even under tight deadlines.
  

• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills enable me to manage effectively and inspire teams to perform at their best.
  

• Excel in problem-solving, with a proven track record of removing impediments efficiently, ensuring smooth project execution.
