We are looking for a Non-Voice Process Recruiter to join our team and work from home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for non-voice process positions. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Onboard new hires

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Familiarity with relevant employment law and regulations
Good time-management skills
BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field is a plus
