As a UI/UX Designer at High Scale, you will play a pivotal role in designing user experiences that enhance the impact of our data-driven advertising campaigns. Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategists, data analysts, and graphic designers, to create compelling and insightful presentation decks and dashboards.
Design visually engaging and data-driven dashboards that clearly communicate campaign performance, audience insights, and key metrics.
Develop high-quality presentation decks for client pitches, internal strategy meetings, and campaign reports, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Translate complex data into visually appealing and easily understandable charts, infographics, and visuals.
Conduct stakeholder consultations to gather requirements and tailor designs to specific objectives and audiences.
Stay updated on industry trends, visualization tools, and storytelling techniques to deliver innovative design solutions.
Ensure dashboards and decks are user-friendly, intuitive, and optimized for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Maintain and refine templates for repeatable design processes, enhancing consistency and efficiency across projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Data Visualization, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience in designing decks and dashboards, preferably in an advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing data visualization and presentation design work.
Proficiency in design and presentation tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, and Tableau (or similar dashboard tools).
Familiarity with advertising campaign metrics, analytics, and reporting tools is a strong plus.
Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and audience engagement principles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
English Skills: Professional proficiency in English is a must.
