This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM London Time with 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

As a Senior Executive Assistant / Bookkeeper, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the CFO of a dynamic healthcare tech startup. Responsibilities
  • Expertly manage the CFO's inbox and calendar, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization
  • Coordinate complex schedules, including international meetings and travel arrangements
  • Conduct financial research and assist in preparing reports and presentations
  • Support the implementation of new accounting systems and processes
  • Liaise effectively with the management team and external stakeholders
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and financial data entry with precision
  • Prepare and organize documents for high-level meetings and presentations
  • Assist in managing diaries for the leadership team as needed
  • Adapt to evolving priorities and take on diverse tasks to support company growth


Requirements
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Google Workspace) applications
  • Excellent bookkeeping skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, especially in a global context
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts and comfort working with numbers
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to a startup environment and embrace new challenges
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is advantageous
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within an evolving role
  • Ability to work effectively across different time zones, particularly with US-based team members
