Currently, we are searching for a Data Architect to join our team in a 100% remote capacity.

 

Job Responsibilities:

      Design and implement data models for Dataverse, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and integration with Dynamics CRM.

      Build and maintain relational and NoSQL data models tailored to the needs of Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.

      Ensure consistency, quality, and integrity of data across different systems within the organization.

      Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data integration requirements and create solutions using Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Power Platform tools.

      Develop, implement, and optimize ETL/ELT processes between Dataverse, Dynamics CRM, Azure data services, and other enterprise systems.

      Architect solutions for integrating data from external applications and sources into Dataverse while ensuring security, compliance, and scalability.

      Implement best practices for data governance, ensuring data consistency, security, and compliance within Dynamics 365 and Dataverse environments.

      Establish and enforce data quality standards and implement monitoring and auditing mechanisms.

      Proactively monitor data architecture and performance to ensure high availability, low-latency data access, and scalability.

      Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, including performance bottlenecks and integration failures.

      Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and system administrators, to ensure alignment of data architecture with business needs.

      Document data architecture designs, data flows, and integration strategies for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

      Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing Dataverse, Dynamics CRM, and related technologies effectively.

 

Minimum Job Qualifications:

      Proven experience in data architecture with a focus on Dataverse and Dynamics CRM (D365).

      Strong proficiency in data modeling, database design, and integration techniques for Microsoft technologies.

      Experience with Azure SQL Server, Synapse data pipelines, and cloud-based data architecture.

      Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and related tools in the Microsoft ecosystem.

      5+ years of experience in data architecture, data integration, or similar roles, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

      Experience in designing data solutions for Dynamics 365 CRM and integration with Dataverse.

      Experience in building scalable data solutions in Azure and using cloud services for data warehousing and processing.

Nice to Haves:

      Practical understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and implementation.

      Familiarity with Snowflake data warehousing solutions.

      Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, including the creation and management of data pipelines.
