Job description

We are actively seeking - on behalf of our client - a Customer Service Manager who has a passion for fantastic service and is skilled with mentoring and managing customer service professionals. The ideal candidate will bring experience pulling reports and evaluating data, mentoring and managing people and handling escalated customer inquiries. Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support a remote team of customer service representatives to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Build strong customer relationships, actively addressing needs and concerns to improve satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer service processes, efficiency, and quality.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, driving initiatives to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Address escalated customer issues promptly, resolving complex cases effectively.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of customer service/support experience. Strong customer service knowledge and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience training, mentoring or managing other customer service employees.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing issues and making sound decisions under pressure.
  • Competency in data analysis to gather insights from customer feedback and performance metrics.
