Job description

The Chief Nursing and Midwifery Office has established a partnership with the Australian College of Nursing and the Australian College of Midwives.

This initiative assists nurses and midwives to undertake the theoretical online component for a nursing or midwifery refresher course.

The Australian College of Nursing will deliver the refresher course for enrolled and registered nurses.

The Australian College of Midwives will deliver the refresher course for midwives.

These courses are fully funded through the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Office.

This course is only available to nurses and midwives currently residing in the state of Western Australia. Evidence of this will be required during application submission.

Nurses and midwives must hold registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and meet the Recency of Practice Registration Standard of three (3) months practice in the last
