Position Summary

The Business Operations Partner, as a key member of the Revenue Cycle and assigned IBU leadership teams, plans and implements strategic initiatives/projects and tactical activities to optimize and/or support the furtherance of the assigned IBU’s performance goals. The Business Operations Partner establishes and maintains professional relationships within the assigned IBU to gain an in depth understanding of the business unit’s strategic plans, operations and staffing needs; provides guidance and decision-making support on long and short term strategic goals; offers input and consultation on educational needs through measurement and evaluation; identifies opportunities for billing or customer service improvements; drives and helps execute revenue cycle elements of business strategies and assists in the roll out of enterprise wide initiatives, programs and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare or related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Eight (8) years of work experience in professional level positions performing revenue cycle, business operations improvement or project management duties within a healthcare field
  • Internal applicants not meeting the education qualifications may be considered

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $121,950.00 - $175,490.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
