Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team.

Core Expertise:

• Front-end and back-end analytics capabilities.
• Support for Data Engineering, Digital Analytics, Data Integration, Project Management, and collaboration with third parties.
• Identify process improvements, propose new workflows, and maintain relevant documentation.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and transforming business needs into web analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Availability during UK business hours (flexible start times).
• Occasional travel for workshops.
• Lead and manage analytics services in a multivendor environment.
• Support weekly meetings, manage tasks, and prioritize tickets.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Service Owners.
• Participate in team meetings and provide training and support.
• Perform reasonable BAU (business-as-usual) analytics administrative tasks, including coordination, collaboration, and communication, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

• Expertise in analytics tools (Google/Adobe products, BI tools like PowerBI, Snowflake).
• Data integration expertise (ETL, data ingestion, tracking deployment).
• Provide campaign analytics, including cross-platform troubleshooting.
• Experience in user journey, conversion analytics, KPI reporting.
• Offer analytics solutions and recommendations for strategic programs.
