Job description

Pre-Sales

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality product training and technical guidance to customer to resolve technical problems (both software & hardware)
  • Build quality relationship with customers and managers
  • Provide in house technical support to sales staff
  • Leading the design of the program for the customer
  • Constantly collect and feedback on customers and market’s demand toward company’s products
  • Product related testing as per customer application requirement

After-Sales

  • After-sales technical support (training, maintenance, hands-on repair, remote support).
  • Feedback product related issues to research and development personnel for improvement..
  • Summarize issues and organize them into technical questions on reporting.
  • Develop and produce quality guidelines materials as per customer requirement.

Skills Requirements

  • Good written and spoken communication skills, be able to report to supervisor in oversea.
  • Support focus mind, capable to solve /simplify customer challenges.
  • Willing to learn and patience when dealing with tight timelines.
  • Good analytic thinking and ability of solving the technical problems.
  • Must be friendly, energetic, passionate independently Job requirement:.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/IT/Software/ Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.
  • Understand coding is a must. Be able to do programming will be a bonus.
  • Technical competency in android POS or any relevant experience will be a bonus.
  • Must have IT knowledge and hand-on person.
  • Well-disciplined and have attitude to learn new system.
