How you will make an Impact
At Ntiva the Senior Consultant Business Analyst acts as an intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that proposed solutions align with organizational goals and objectives. The BA plays a crucial role in translating business requirements into actionable plans and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that drive efficiency, innovation, and value within the organization.

Summary of Location and Hours
• 100% Remote
• Monday – Friday, approximately 8am-5pm CST (possible after hours as needed)

What you will be doing
• Assessing current process and workflows to understand the organization's business objectives, processes, and requirements for both business process improvement and application development.
• Gathering and prioritizing requirements by engaging with stakeholders, including business users, managers, and IT staff, to gather and document requirements for process improvement and application development projects.
• Proposing solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to propose solutions that address business needs and requirements. 
• Documenting specifications by creating detailed requirements specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitating communication with meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and make decisions.
• Supporting testing and implementation by assisting in the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Participate in testing activities to ensure that the developed solutions meet the specified requirements.
• Promoting continuous improvement by continuously monitoring and evaluating implemented solutions to identify opportunities for further optimization and improvement.
• Provide training and support to end-users during the implementation of process improvements and application deployments.
• Create user documentation and training materials as needed.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have
• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with IT Systems (PSA’s, ERP’s and/or CRM’s) and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Experience in Agile Scrum environments including facilitation of Agile ceremonies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Visio
• Experience analyzing complex problems and breaking them into manageable components
• Strong collaboration and negotiation capabilities.
• Creative and practical approach to finding solutions.

Required language skills
• Proficient in verbal and written communication for clear documentation and stakeholder interaction

Bonus Points for
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps and ConnectWise.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus.

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $75,000 and $90,000 per year, plus an annual on-target bonus if applicable, not all roles are subject to a bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

Workspace Requirements and Remote Work Policy
Team members must establish a dedicated safe workspace that is free from distractions, hazards, and that is secure from unauthorized access. This includes following Ntiva’s IT User and Security Policies that include but are not limited to password-protecting all equipment, keeping confidential and proprietary documents secure, refraining from using public Wi-Fi, having adequate arrangements in place to avoid significant interruptions from caregiving responsibilities during work hours (except in emergency situations with manager approval). Any remote work away from a team member’s normal expected dedicated safe workspace must be requested by team member, is subject to review by management, and must adhere to Ntiva policies and procedures.
