Description

Responsible for leading and assisting general maintenance and operational support of business and system processes within the Oracle HCM Cloud Total Rewards modules for Absence, Compensation, and Benefits. Responsible for leading multiple complex projects by providing technical and analytical support as well as providing day-to-day guidance to key total rewards business partners. Work with Absence, Compensation, and Benefits business partners and other team collaborators to resolve day to day issues. Support global Absence Plan and Incentive Compensation Plan configurations. Lead work on various internal Total Rewards Team projects. Support integration issues. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users. Remote Work Available. Telecommuting required - employee may live anywhere in the United States.

Minimum Salary: $138,590.00

Maximum Salary: $145,950.00

Qualifications

Requirements Include: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study, and 5 years of experience, including 5 years of experience with HR and Total Rewards business processes, tasks, and underlying table structures; 5 years of experience working with large-scale organizations in total rewards in multiple countries; 5 years of experience evaluating business processes and related process re-engineering steps; 5 years of experience developing and supporting HCM technology for functional business areas; 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM expertise in Absence, Compensation, and Benefits modules; 5 years of experience translating complex business and legal requirements into technical solutions for payroll tax, payroll operations, absence plans, and stock and incentive compensation plans; and 5 years of experience with a deep understanding of payroll processes related to stock, tax, and incentive compensation to ensure accurate calculations within integrations.
