We are currently seeking rising junior or senior students to apply for our internship program. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects.

We are looking for a Summer Intern to focus on our EverPro Transformation Office. EverPro is a division of EverCommerce where our purpose is to empower our customers with innovative solutions that enable them to work efficiently, communicate effectively, and thrive financially. We do this by providing our clients with access to systems of actions that enable them to efficiently service their customers in the residential home and field services space.    

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in business transformation and strategic operations. As an intern, you will work on impactful projects that support our mission of delivering value to our clients and enhancing our organizational capabilities. 

Responsibilities: 

Contribute to Strategic Initiatives 

• Partner with the Transformation Office team to design and execute high-impact strategic initiatives that drive EverPro’s mission of client-centricity and growth. 
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance our organizational capabilities and client offerings. 
• Support the development of actionable strategies that align with long-term organizational goals. 

Collaborate on Cross-Functional Projects (PMO) 

• Work closely with teams across EverPro to ensure seamless coordination and alignment on transformation projects. 
• Assist in creating project plans, tracking deliverables, and maintaining timelines for key initiatives. 
• Engage with stakeholders to align objectives and drive project success. 

Support Data-Driven Decision Making 

• Develop presentations, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations. 
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the impact of strategic initiatives. 

Learn and Apply Industry Knowledge 

• Gain a deeper understanding of the residential home and field services space through hands-on experience and mentorship. 
• Apply best practices in business transformation to real-world challenges, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions. 

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree for an accredited University.
• High level of attention to detail/accuracy.
• Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small.
• Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations.

What we are looking for: 

• Rising seniors, 2025 graduates pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or master’s students.
• Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2025
• Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship in the Summer of 2025 (June-August) on a full-time basis
• Enthusiastic about technology and committed to professional development
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to learn and collaborate with your teammates
• A strong interest in strategy, transformation, and business operations. 
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team setting. 

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.  

 Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $20.00 USD per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
