Job Title: CC&B Consultant (Utility Client)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated CC&B Consultant to join our client's team and work with a prestigious utility client. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems, extensive experience in utility rates and rating, and strong proficiency in SQL. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consulting services to our utility client on CC&B systems.
• Analyze and interpret utility rates and tariffs to ensure accurate and efficient rating processes.
• Develop and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the client's cross-functional teams to resolve billing and rating issues and enhance system performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Deliver training and support to client staff on CC&B system functionalities and best practices.
• Assist in the design and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems.
• Strong background in utility rates and rating, with a thorough understanding of tariffs and rate structures.
• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
