As our Sr. Customer Account Executive, every day, you will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be provided the tools, resources, and outstanding leadership to sell business application solutions to current customers. Our CAE team is committed to winning and benefiting from seasoned leadership to drive business and revenue growth within our current customer base. To thrive in this role, you must identify and qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for Sage Intacct’s Financial Management solutions within the current customer base while coordinating efforts with the appropriate customer success Account Manager.
Hybrid: 3 days per week in one of our Atlanta, Lawrenceville, Austin, or San Jose offices.
Identify and qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for Sage Intacct’s Financial Management solutions within the current customer base while coordinating efforts with the appropriate customer success account manager.
Work with our mid-market segment customers, more than 200 employees, and collaborate with our account managers.
Own and develop a product line aligned with your vertical – analyze past historical data and implement a strategy to drive increased sales in the product line.
Mentor SMB reps as they grow and expand their career at Sage Intacct.
Present the complete value proposition for Sage Intacct’s solutions via face-to-face customer meetings, telephone, internet, and webinars.
Develop customer mutual success plans encompassing migration/implementation strategies with the customer, account manager, and implementation resources.
Requirements:
5+ years of quota-carrying software sales and/or account management experience.
Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company).
Experience managing and closing high-volume sales cycles.
Experience selling business software solutions to C-level executives.
Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
