Key Responsibilities
OTG is on the lookout for Customer Technical Support Engineers who are ready to anchor their technical prowess within a stable, shore-based position. This pivotal role is perfect for tech-savvy professionals eager to apply their technical knowledge and customer service skills in supporting our global clientele. As an integral part of our technical support team, you'll play a key role in client retention and market expansion, ensuring our maritime software solutions are fully leveraged by our customers. Your tasks will range from providing in-depth support and training on OTG software to troubleshooting complex issues, all while ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting product adoption.

Operational Management: Oversee vital system services, address discrepancies promptly, and keep customer databases up to date for optimal service delivery.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Professional Experience: 3-5 years in B2B customer success or technical support. Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving both simple as well as complex technical support issues.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, CRM systems, and basic SQL knowledge.
Customer Service Excellence: Adept at engaging with customers, providing effective problem-solving and training, and managing critical issues to enhance the customer experience.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical details in multiple languages.
