The Recruiter for the wind industry will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled technicians for blue-collar roles such as turbine installation, maintenance, and repair. They will work closely with hiring managers to attract qualified candidates through industry-specific channels and assess both technical skills and physical capabilities. The recruiter will also ensure a positive candidate experience and clear communication throughout the process.


Responsibilities:

· Manage the full cycle recruitment proces

· Partner with other TA members and the client to deliver, understand, qualify and prioritize current demand

· Continuously maintain an attractive network/pipeline of potential candidates

· Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and candidates


What we’re looking for:

· Min. 2 years of experience in recruitment activities

· Fluency in Danish and English

· Experience in international markets

· Ability to analyze and evaluate job descriptions and data needed to determine courses of action

· Strong customer orientation

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

· Ability to build effective relationships with recruiting team and candidates

· Strong organizational skills

· PC Proficiency in MS Office
