Job description

Hi 👋 I’m Beth, the Director of Partnerships at Pinpoint.

We’re a high-growth, bootstrapped HR-tech start-up building and selling software that helps in-house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent. Today, we have a strong foundation in place, with a mature product, strong product-market fit, and happy customers.

We have an established partner network in the UK, and we’re excited to bring on a dedicated UK Partnerships Manager to strengthen these existing relationships and expand our partner ecosystem.

In this role, you will take the lead in identifying new revenue-driving referral partnerships, acquiring them, and nurturing long-term relationships to drive mutual growth. Additionally, you will oversee the UK partner base, manage the entire partner lifecycle, and ensure all activities focus on lead generation and measurable impact for Pinpoint’s business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with a Partner Marketing Manager on co-marketing efforts.

A few things to know before applying:

  • This UK-based role is mostly remote with in-person team meetups a few times per year. Our headquarters is in Jersey, UK, and we have a distributed remote team of 70 members spanning the UK and the U.S.
  • Our values shape who we are and how we work. We’re excited to meet candidates who share these principles and will bring these values to life in their work.
  • Partnerships primarily serves as a revenue channel (through referral leads), and every activity in this role will be focused on driving measurable results.
  • Though your focus will be on UK partners, there may be opportunities to work on projects that involve both UK and US partners.

About the Role

  • Prospect, acquire, and onboard potential partners (e.g., HR/TA Consultants, Embedded Recruitment Agencies, HR Tech businesses, and TA Communities) by setting up referral agreements, providing necessary resources, and aligning with internal teams.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with UK partners, ensuring all activities focus on driving referrals, measurable lead generation, and a high-quality experience for clients.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our partners and their products to identify opportunities for collaboration, recommend solutions for our customers, and support marketing efforts.
  • Strategically plan your time to prioritize high-value, revenue-driving partners while ensuring partner satisfaction.
  • Know when to engage internal teams to support partners and their clients effectively.
  • Set clear expectations with partners regarding communication and relationship dynamics.
  • Execute against an established partnership strategy, with the flexibility to adapt as needed.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience acquiring and managing high-volume referral partnerships, with a proven track record of generating measurable revenue growth.
  • Experience working in TA (Talent Acquisition) Tech or recruiting environments, including a strong understanding of the target customer base and their needs.
  • Experience in a high-growth, bootstrapped startup, with the ability to build from scratch, take ownership of tasks, and prioritize effectively
  • Highly organized, with strong skills in managing activities and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Skilled at engaging with people at all levels, from senior roles to more operational partners, both in person and on virtual calls
  • Based in the UK, with the flexibility to meet partners in person when required
  • Proven history of actions and decisions that demonstrate our core values in practice
