About the Job:
The EMEA Sales Director for Riscure Security Solutions is responsible for the Riscure Security Solutions sales and business development in EMEA. You will create and execute the commercial plans for the EMEA region and enable our customers to bring secure products to market. You will be working directly with a team of dedicated sales managers and specialists for our Chipset Security Testing Products and Security Testing Services and work with the industry leaders in the Semiconductor, Government, IoT and Automotive industry. As a newly integrated business within Keysight, engaging and leveraging the EMEA Keysight organization will be one of focus areas.
About The Team:
The Riscure Security Solutions has a global Sales team and is locally represented in USA, China and Europe (Delft, The Netherlands). You will manage a team of local sales people in EMEA and work with a group of dedicated sales specialists for our Security Services.
Responsibilities:
Management of Regional Commercial Function
- Build capable and well-functioning regional team
- Lead all commercial activities in region, through coaching, coordinating and (when needed) hands-on contribution
- Maintain a good spirit in the team and high employee satisfaction
- Align with stakeholders at RSS HQ, enabling an efficient inter-office collaboration
- Align with commercial roles at Keysight, enabling business growth
Business role
- Define and realize a successful commercial plan for Riscure in region, including identification of markets and opportunities
- Represent Riscure at key commercial events (e.g. high-level meetings, trade fairs)
- Build customer relations
- Handle contractual customer matters
- Manage regional commercial budget
Required Qualifications:
- Being a business leader with strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Possesses the ability to find regional product-market fits
- Assesses the ability to make tactical choices to realize our goals
- Senior management experience leading a region
- Manages to attract and develop a world-class commercial team
- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Identifies risks and taking calculated risks for new opportunities where appropriate

Qualifications
- Inspiring, coaching, challenging (regional team)
- 10+ years of Sales or Sales Management experience
- Seeking alignment across functions (global business)
- Fluent in English, additional languages (German, French) are a plus
- Industry experience and network in Semiconductor, Government (Intelligence, Forensic, Military) Automotive or IoT segments.
- Experience with Chip or Embedded Device Security Testing and/or Security Certification
