About the Role
We are seeking a Global Account Manager (GAM) to join the remote team. This role focuses on managing relationships and strategies for large, complex global accounts. The GAM will work closely with internal teams and strategic partners to close significant deals while building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a proven track record of sales success and a passion for delivering value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive account strategies by leveraging insights and expertise in technology solutions to solve customer challenges.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers within large global accounts to achieve business goals.
  • Consistently exceed quotas and deliver measurable value through referenceable business.
  • Develop compelling proposals, including business cases, total cost of ownership (TCO), and demonstrated value delivered.
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships across geographies to support sales objectives.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce and Clari to ensure operational excellence and maintain accurate records.
  • Evangelize new technologies while fostering change in customer environments.
