We are looking for:

Our client is a British pharmaceutical contract manufacturing company. It is building the AI ecosystem for drug discovery, solving real-world problems, and transforming the pharmaceutical industry. We are looking for Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building robust and scalable web applications.

Responsibilities:

Work as a cross-functional team; including data science, software engineering, and product development to drive the integration of novel technologies.
Build constructive relationships with Dalton’s partners and deliver transformational projects for them.
Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications for Dalton’s teams and external clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write well-documented, clean, and maintainable code.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our stack remains current and efficient.

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

4+ years of experience
Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong portfolio of previous projects.
In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies and popular frameworks like React or Angular.
Highly motivated, with a track record of driving ideas forwards and taking ownership of complex problems
Experience with back-end frameworks and languages, including FastAPI, Node.js
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience of working with CI/CD pipelines/tools and GitOps methodology
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills. .
Excellent English communication skills
Located in Czechia or Slovakia.

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

BSc degree in Computer Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry or relevant field.
