Job description

The candidate must have at least 1 year experience in coordinating the launch of new products/projects and to ensure they are working in a way that supports the brand aims and meets the stakeholder needs, assist in project management and serve as a bridge between external providers and internal tech (or other) teams during new integrations/projects to ensure a smooth process. Actively identify and improve customer experience via product improvements. Any experience within the online gambling industry is a plus.


What you'll be getting up to:

  • To coordinate the integration and launch of new products and features and to ensure they are working in a way that supports the brand aims and meets the player needs.
  • To provide technical information and support on projects and serve as a bridge between external providers and internal tech (or other) teams during new integrations/projects in order to ensure a smooth process.
  • To assist with backend related tasks as needed and set up new features and products as requested by management in order to ensure they get delivered on a timely manner.
  • To send out communications via different channels for aligning all teams involved in projects/features the brand is working on delivering.
  • To monitor and do QA for releases of new software versions the brand is using in order to ensure nothing was broken during the process.
  • To manage coordinate configurations requests for existing products/features.
  • To actively check the product on a regular basis in order to identify, raise and help resolve potential issues.
  • To actively seek and suggest ways to improve the existing product.
  • To assist marketing campaigns and other supporting tasks assigned by the line manager


Education/Experience Requirements

The candidate must possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or similar field with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Any experience within the online gambling industry is a plus.

  • Experience in coordinating projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Impeccable time management and project management skills
  • Good communication skills and excellent team working track records
  • Able to work independently and highly organizational in his/her workflow within a team
  • Be able to multitask under pressure, and tight deadlines, including flexibility in prioritizing tasks
  • Experience in software testing and QA products, ie Casino games etc
  • Proven experience in proactive approach to planning, identifying issues and problem solving skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications and Google Suite software
