Senior, GC SEC Engineering

Scope of work:

• Work in Nike Greater China SEC Tech organization for SEC Production Support and lead Greater China SEC BSA, in terms of bridging Greater China business and Global SEC Tech, prioritizing SEC Incident/CR
• Work on Nike China SEC Tech related initiatives, to collect business requirements, convert Tech language and coordinate with Global SEC tech for solution
• Coordinate with Tech teams for upstream/downstream applications/platforms, which have integration with SEC
• Support SEC related projects as system business analysis

Job specification: 

• Lead GC SEC BSAs to proactively engage with all Nike China SEC business stakeholders to make sure the right and consistent understanding of business needs and knowledge, and provide support of SEC to ensure stabilized business operation.
• Connect with all Nike SEC business POCs to understand the priority of incidents, and coordinate SEC Production Support team (both L1/L2 and L3) to get ETA of incident resolution and track progress.
• Analyze highly repeated incidents and work with SEC Production Support L3 team on problem management for long term solution from both SAP standard function and enhancement/coding perspectives.
• Effectively communicate with both Nike China business function teams and Global SEC Tech team. Work closely with SEC global capability team and SEC production support team, be an efficient bridge to manage the right information and business understanding between business team and Tech team.
• Act as Tech subject matter expert in multi projects of Nike China SEC, overseeing the Tech relevant tasks and work streams. Support testing for SEC related projects and coordinate with upstream/downstream applications when there is issue for integration.
• Working with project team, monitor and manage the project delivery performance to make sure the high-quality deliverable.
• Act as business system analyst, establish project to make consulted IT solution happen and support project in intake phase, which is under the guidance of Nike project methodology
• Understand and assist Nike SEC Production Support for the changes on process, people and tools related to SEC. Work with SEC Production Support team to update/create playbook to ensure smooth and efficient operation support for the same objective in future.

Key qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or relevant.
• >5 years working experience in SAP BSA or Engineer role
• SAP project experience is preferred
• SAP Engineering (ABAP) experience is preferred
• Basic IT application architecture knowledge
• Project Manager/Scrum Master experience is a plus.
• Understand agile methodology.
• Retail industry experience, supply chain knowledge is a plus
• Solid written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Quick leaner, good inter-personal skill.
• Multi-tasker.
