As Finalis continues to rapidly grow, we seek an SDR/BDR to join our Sales Team. As an SDR/BDR at Finalis, you will be responsible for leading the sales opportunities pre-qualification and supporting the Account Executives to fully-qualify opportunities within the sales pipeline. The Sales Team is at the core of Finalis’ business, and is responsible for fueling the various revenue initiatives across Finalis— including launching new business lines, expanding to global markets, and using data analytics to assess the company’s performance.

✨ What will you be doing?

You are expected to understand Finalis’ business model. Knowledge of the finance & investment banking industries will be key to understanding the industry we operate in and you will have to be proactive, take ownership, and effectively marshall internal and external resources with a minimum level of supervision across challenging situations.

This position is focused on six main objectives:

  • Cultivate an intimate understanding of the Finalis Sales process, methodology and artefacts

  • Effectively conduct reach out to inbound and outbound leads through different channels to convert leads into sales qualified leads

  • Successfully communicate Finalis’ value proposition to the Company’s prospective clients

  • Assess the Company’s prospective clients alignment to our ideal customer profiles and pre-qualify opportunities within the pipeline

  • Assist Account Executives in all tasks surrounding the identification, negotiation and closing of prospects

  • Communicate results and influence key decision makers and cross-functional teams

💬 Who are we looking for 

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in selling technology solutions to organizations (preferred but not required)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

  • Experience and passion for metrics and dashboard visualizations

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred but not required)

  • Ability to thrive in a high pressure environment, alongside an uncanny attention to detail

  • Innately curious and proactive (Not afraid to challenge the status quo)

  • Unafraid to run with an idea with little to no direction

  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally
