Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location:
Remote (Arizona Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and manage financial operations for our company. This role requires strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and US accounting principles. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate bookkeeping, revenue recognition, and cash flow forecasting while collaborating closely with our management and CPA firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable, including past-due invoices.
  • Execute payments, handle expense recognition, and reconcile statements.
  • Work closely with the CPA firm to ensure compliance with financial standards.
  • Collaborate with management on cash flow forecasts and financial planning.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting for all financial transactions.


Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Knowledge of US accounting principles and financial operations.
  • Experience in accounts receivable and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with CPA firms and managing financial forecasts.
  • Background in handling billing and reconciliation tasks in a remote work environment.
