JOB SUMMARY :

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with limited work experience who are eager to start their careers in sales and business development. As an SDR, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth by scheduling consultations between our sales team and prospective clients while ensuring quality leads are added to our sales pipeline.

This is initially a contract-based role, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Drive revenue growth by scheduling introductory meetings with target accounts and key decision-makers
  • Conduct in-depth research to develop new and existing accounts through consistent outbound calling and strategic email outreach
  • Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our services to articulate how we can support clients in achieving their revenue goals sustainably
  • Use effective communication skills to collaborate with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams
  • Build rapport and connect with each prospect. Use consultative selling approach
  • Keeping a detailed log of messages & conversation on CRM, including those which were not answered
  • Follow-up with qualified contacts that did not book appointments


KEY QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in SDR (Sales Development Representative) or appointment setting are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive, professional, and results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus (training will be provided).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
