Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled LinkedIn Marketer/Outreach Specialist to play a pivotal role in our client’s digital marketing strategy. In this exciting position, you’ll have the opportunity to manage and grow a professional LinkedIn presence, engaging with industry influencers and identifying potential leads for cutting-edge online products and services. Responsibilities
  • Craft and implement engaging content strategies for LinkedIn, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging
  • Manage and respond to comments on LinkedIn posts 3-4 days per week, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase post engagement, including acknowledging and thanking users who share our content
  • Engage proactively with LinkedIn influencers by liking and commenting on their posts up to 5 days per week, building valuable industry connections
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and identify potential markets and individuals for lead generation
  • Create and manage posts in relevant LinkedIn groups to increase visibility and thought leadership
  • Conduct initial lead generation research to support sales efforts and business growth
  • Track, analyze, and report on LinkedIn engagement metrics and lead generation activities, providing insights for strategy refinement
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to align LinkedIn strategy with overall business objectives and growth targets
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing professional LinkedIn accounts, with a strong understanding of the platform’s best practices and algorithm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, professional social media content
  • Demonstrated expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead research and market identification
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable insights
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing principles and social selling techniques
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on performance data
  • Keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Passion for staying updated on the latest trends in LinkedIn marketing and social media best practices
  • Experience in professional services or executive solutions industry is a plus
